Shipping Policy

We want to ensure you have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience, and that includes providing you with clear and transparent shipping information.

Senses Collection Shipping:

All items from our Senses Collection take 1-2 days to process on average. We aim to deliver these items to your doorstep within 3-5 business days once they are shipped. Please note that some items may be on backorder, this is indicated on the product pages description and cart page. 

All Other Items Shipping:

For all other items in our store, the average shipping time is approximately 10-21 business days and the average processing time is 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind that this is an estimate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to:

- Customs delays in the destination country.
- Unforeseen weather conditions or natural disasters.
- Postal or courier service disruptions.

International Shipping:

For international orders, please note that the shipping time may be longer than the estimates mentioned above, primarily due to customs processes. Customs procedures vary by country and can occasionally lead to delays in your shipment's arrival.

Tracking Your Order:

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Multiple Items in a Single Order:

- If you've ordered multiple items, please be aware that they may be shipped separately. This is to ensure the fastest possible delivery for each item and may result in receiving items on different days.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your items in a safe and timely manner. We're committed to keeping you informed throughout the shipping process, and we'll do our best to ensure your items reach you as swiftly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to shop with confidence, so we offer guarantees.

  • Replacement or refund for failed deliveries. If your order does not arrive due to a failed delivery, we will replace it if the item is returned to us by the shipping company. This does not include orders that are delivered to an incorrect address that you provided. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we will not be able to send a replacement shipment. In the event that we are able to recover the shipment, we will charge a restocking fee of $9 per item plus the original shipping cost for the order to be replaced and reshipped.

  • Replacement for faulty or damaged items. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will send you a replacement item at no charge. Faulty items must be returned to us in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached. We do not provide prepaid labels, so you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Please note that once your order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. 

Items that are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Underwear, intimates, adult toys, cosplay costumes, bodystockings, senses collection, bondage collection, lingerie and harnesses are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Sale items and items purchased using a discount code are eligible for exchanges if faulty but cannot be returned.

Refunds will not be approved if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of LAVAH (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

  • The item was damaged by the customer.

  • The order was delivered but stolen from your delivery address.

  • The item was not returned in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached.
